Terms and Conditions for Esco Cabinet and Isolator Products

• Please note cabinet exterior dimensions and weights. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the cabinet can easily negotiate doors, lifts, corridors, and make relevant turns etc without the addition of extra installers (2 supplied with 1 x hydraulic lifter), or additional equipment like stair climbers, forklifts or cranes etc.
• It is also the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the unit is not too heavy for benches, and or floors, and that no issues exist with respect to doors width(s) or door height(s), walkways, and that floors are level and/or suitable.
• If being NATA certified, the purchaser must ensure that there are no issues with location of airconditioning supply or return vents, and/or ceiling heights, cabinet exhaust, and if relevant, exhaust connections etc.
• Installation has been calculated on a standard “simple” installation and setup (using two installers and taking approx. 1-1.5hrs).
• Unless expressly discussed and/or a site visit has been undertaken and measurements taken, any additional time will be charged in 15-20min intervals for longer, and/or more complex installations, or installations requiring additional manpower or equipment.
• If floor protection is required to be laid, this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• For futile installations on an agreed day, and where installation needs to occur on either subsequent day(s), additional charges will apply to complete install.
• Where a manually height adjustable stand on install is provided, it is also the responsibility of the purchaser to instruct the installer of the height you wish the cabinet/stand to be at while they are onsite, as a return to site to make any adjustments will incur additional charges.
