FavorFilter™ Plasmid Extraction Kit – Anion-Exchange
The FavorFilter™ Plasmid Extraction Kits are designed for rapid and efficient isolation of high-quality plasmid DNA using a gravity-flow purification system. A specially designed filter cartridge enables clarification of bacterial lysates without the need for centrifugation, simplifying the workflow and reducing handling time. Plasmid DNA binds to the resin under optimised conditions, while contaminants are removed during wash steps to ensure high purity.
The purified plasmid DNA is suitable for demanding downstream applications, including transfection, in vitro transcription and translation, and enzymatic modification workflows.
