Real-Time PCR System - MyGo Mini

The MyGo Mini® is the world's most compact real-time PCR instrument, with no moving parts providing silent operation and maximum reliability. It provides users with great results over a broad range of applications.

Up to 16 samples can be run in 0.1/0.2 tubes, affordable qPCR but without compromising data quality. System is supplied standard with fast heating and cooling, whilst assay performance is supported by a heated lid design.  The powerful and easy to use software provides the following features:

  • Automated analysis modules for absolute and relative quantification, endpoint genotyping, melting curve analysis and high resolution melting

The MyGo Pro® Real-time PCR System provides unmatched performance in a convenient format. The robust MyGo Pro system is easy to transport and install. Up to 32 samples can be run in 0.1 ml tubes or 8-strip format. Automated Cell Selection - FABian

The newly developed FABian® cell selection device is a fully automatic bench top instrument for quantitatively selecting cells of interest in high yields with high efficiency and purity from a suspension such as whole blood, buffy coat and other single-cell tissue suspensions.

Semi-Automatic Plate Sealer - PlateMax

The PlateMax® Semi-Automatic Plate Sealer is ideal for the low to medium throughput laboratory that requires uniform and consistent sealing of microplates. The PlateMax sealer will accept a full range of plates for PCR, assays, or storage. It can be used to seal a wide range of plate heights. An aluminum adaptor is used for PCR and standard assay plates.

The Platemax automatically adjusts for different plate heights and provides uniform pressure to ensure a quality seal. Compatible plate types include standard assay plates; deep-well storage plates; PCR plates; skirted, semi-skirted, and non-skirted.

Refrigerated Microcentrifuge - Axyspin

The Axyspin Refrigerated Microcentrifuge is a high performance refrigerated microcentrifuge designed to quickly process samples for applications such as nucleic acid and protein preparation.

The Axyspin combines a powerful yet silent, brushless drive with an efficient cooling system, all in a compact footprint. The uniquely designed 24-place rotor allows easy access to the tops of sample tubes. Starting from room temperature, the chamber of the Axyspin cools to 4°C in just 8 minutes. The control panel features a backlit LCD display which allows users to easily view running parameters.

The rotor of the Axyspin can accommodate 1.5 and 2.0 ml Axygen microcentrifuge tubes, including MCT-150-C and MCT-200-C.
