Gel Documentation System - High Resolution (GD-1000)

'Acquire high resolution publication-quality images of DNA and protein gels in less than 30 seconds!'

An ideal system for labs that want good value without compromising ease of use or image quality. It includes a dual-wavelength transilluminator, 5.4 MP image resolution camera, and image acquisition software. The system is quick to set up and has an intuitive user interface for image capture, annotation, and contrast adjustment. Images are easily saved and opened in common gel analysis software for more detailed analysis.

With a large 12.6" touch screen display, the E-Box CX5 has unrivalled ease of use thanks to its built-in computer controlled camera, lens and lighting. The CX5 scientific grade camera has been specifically designed for quantitative scientific imaging and signal measurement.

With just one click, the system will automatically capture the best possible image. Select your application, click on Start and automatically the system will turn on the transilluminator, adjust the lens, auto-expose and switch off the UV. The image acquisition process is quick and instinctive.
