Personal Sized Centrifuges
The Select BioProducts Personal Sized Centrifuge range includes the Force Mini™ and Force SpinPrep™ - perfect for personal use requiring a minimum of bench space.
The Force Mini is ideal for microfiltration, quick spin downs from the walls and caps of tubes and low speed centrifugation of tubes and strips. The Force SpinPrep is designed for drying microarray slides and can accommodate 2 standard size slides.
The Force Mini and Force SpinPrep are safe for cold room use.
Refrigerated Microcentrifuge
The Select BioProducts Refrigerated Microcentrifuge the SelectSpin™ R has an intuitive control panel with liquid crystal display, brushless motor and cooling capacity.
The powerful refrigeration system in the SelectSpin R maintains temperatures as low as -10°C and can reach 4°C from room temperature in less than 8 minutes.
Microcentrifuges
The Select BioProducts Microliter Centrifuge range includes the Force 712, 1418 and 1624 Digital Microliter Centrifuges. This line of models are for low to medium speed applications as well as those requiring higher g-forces, such as pelleting DNA.
The small size and low profile of these centrifuges, make them convenient for use on the bench, under a hood or in a refrigerated environment.
Incubator Shaker
The IncuMix™ Incubator Shaker provides simultaneous heating and mixing of small samples and comes with interchangeable platforms for mitrotubes and microplates. Both temperature and shaking speed are adjustable over a broad range. For static incubations, the shaker may be turned off.
High Performance Air Cooled Microcentrifuge
The Select BioProducts new high performance Air Cooled Microcentrifuge the SelectSpin® 21 features a powerful brushless motor, a user-friendly control panel, and backlit LCD display. The SelectSpin 21 has been designed to keep sample temperature rise to a minimum, even when operating at maximum speed and can be used in a cold room.
Digital Block Heater
The single and dual block Digital Block Heaters have a variety of interchangeable blocks. Heaters have a broad temperature range, up to 150°C and excellent uniformity make these dry baths useful for a variety of applications in molecular biology, histology, clinical, environmental and industrial settings.
Mini Incubator & Water Bath
The Mini Incubator and Mini Water Bath are small units designed for personal use and small laboratories. Wrap-around heating elements ensure even heating and uniformity within the Mini Incuabator. A hydraulic thermostat controls heating and temperature stability. The Mini Water Bath has a 6 litre capacity to accommodate test tube racks or up to three 250ml flasks.
Select Vortexer
The Select Vortexer has two modes of operation and accepts a variety of different sized tubes. Additional heads are available for mixing larger sample tubes, multiple microtubes and microplates. The vortexer can be used in temperature controlled environments from 4° to 65°C.
Power Supply
BioVolt™ Power Supplies (BioVolt 300 and BioVolt 250) are perfect for a wide range of nucleic acid and protein electrophoresis applications. Programming is simple with 4 sets of color coded output terminals which allow multiple gels to be run from the same power supply.
Tube Tumbler Rotator
The unique design of the Tube Tumbler™ Rotator allows it to be used in either a horizontal or vertical plane with a simple twist of the rotisserie plate. The plates are removable and can be interchanged with the plates from other rotisseries, allowing different tube sizes to be mixed at the same time. Its sturdy construction stands up to constant use, yet the unit is light enough to be easily moved.
