PCR Cabinets
The Airstream® and Streamline® PCR Cabinets offer true vertical laminar airflow with a large filter covering the entire work zone within the cabinet for better protection against cross contamination, as compared to conventional dead-air boxes.
The Airstream® and Streamline® models have a high-quality polyester pre-filter and main HEPA filter with a typical efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 microns provide the best product protection in the world; typical HEPA filter life span is more than 3 years depending on operating conditions and total number of hours in use.
Ductless Fume Hoods
Esco Ascent® Ductless Fume Hoods provide protection to both laboratory staff and the environment from toxic fumes and are quickly becoming a viable alternative to conventional fume hoods. In Vitro Fertilization Workstation
Esco's Labculture® IVF Workstation is specially designed for use in fertility laboratories for research work in the fields of human and animal reproduction.
In the Labculture IVF workstation, air is taken in from above the workstation and passed through an ULPA filter. The filtered air is then passed through the main chamber in a vertical laminar (unidirectional) air stream before being exhausted through the front opening.

Biological Safety Cabinets
Esco's range of Biological Safety Cabinets offer a combination of value, high quality construction, low operating noise levels, and a wide product range to suit all budgets.
The Infinity® Class II Biological Safety Cabinet provide product, operator and environmental protection making them suitable for general microbiological work with agents assigned to biosafety levels 1, 2, and 3. Designed, built and tested to comply with Australian Standard AS 2252.2 performance requirements.
The Airstream® Class II Biological Safety Cabinets intelligent, ergonomic design enhances productivity, operator comfort, maintenance and utility value. Airstream cabinets provide protection against Biosafety Levels 1, 2 and 3 and may be used for handling Biosafety Level 4, provided that the operator wears a positive pressure suit.
The Streamline® Class II Biological Safety Cabinets provide optimum performance at an economical price. The cabinet performance is continuously monitored and controlled by a user-friendly Sentinel™ Delta control system. The angled front and glass side windows provide an ergonomic work environment for the user.
The Cytoculture® Lead-Shielded Class II Biosafety Cabinet is designed for radiopharmaceutical industry usage and protects the operator during work involving radioisotopes. The operator is protected from radiation by the lead-shielded sides, lead-shielded work zone bottom and front sliding sash.
