Dialysis T-Series Membranes - CelluSep

Cellu·Sep® Regenerated Cellulose Tubular Membranes are made from cotton and are treated with glycerin to prevent the pores from collapsing. They are then air dried at a certain temperature and pressure, to form a rigid membrane. Cellu·Sep regenerated cellulose membrane has a symmetric pore structure which allows small molecules to migrate in either direction, making it ideal for experimental purposes.

T-Cell Expansion - Streptamer

The Streptamers® for T Cell Expansion are novel reagents for polyclonal expansion of T cells:

  • Non-magnetic soluble protein complexes generated by multimerization of aCD3- and aCD28 Fab-Streps with a Strep-Tactin® multimer.
  • Completely reversible reagents, can be removed from the cells by the addition of biotin.

Products available include Streptamer Reagents for T cell expansion; Streptamer kits for Antigen-specific stimulation of T cells and Streptamer kits for pre-selection of T cells prior to expansion.

Mammalian Expression System - MEXi

MEXi (Mammalian Expression IBA) is an economic mammalian expression system in which all components are geared to each other. It includes a well transfecting expression vector backbone (pDSG-IBA), a HEK293/EBNA cell line (MEXi-293E) adapted to suspension growth, MEXi Culture Medium and MEXi Tranfection Medium. Due to their low biotin content, the cell culture media are perfectly adjusted to the IBA Strep tag®protein purification technology.
