Electronic Pipettes
The Excel single channel and Excel multichannel electronic pipettes can be used for standard and reverse pipetting as well as multiple and sequential dispensing, mixing of samples and serial dilutions. Excel electronic pipettes are fully motorized, guaranteeing excellent accuracy and reproducibility. The units are auto calibrating for an extra measure of confidence. A rechargeable Lithium-ion battery powers the pipettes.

**NEW** SelectSpin™ Spectra 6C Centrifuge has been designed for performing blood and other basic separations. Supplied complete with rotor, it accepts 6x15mL conical and 6x10mL (16x100mm) tubes directly and smaller tubes with optional adapters. With variable speed control in increments of 100 rpm, it is ideal for a wide variety of applications including, platelet rich plasma (PRP) for agglutination studies, urine sedimentation, preparation of chemistry analyte samples and pelleting of cultures or genomic DNA. The high speed capabilities (up to 6,500 rpm) allow for quick production of platelet poor plasma (PPP) for coagulation studies.
SelectSpin™ R Refrigerated Microcentrifuge maintains temperatures as low as -10ºC and can reach 4°C from room temperature in less than 8 minutes. A uniquely designed, easy access 24 x 1.5/2.0 ml rotor is supplied with the centrifuge. Individual tube slots in the solid aluminum rotor support tubes along their length and contain the sample in the event of tube failure.
Force Mini™ Centrifuge is a personal sized centrifuge, ideal for microfiltration, quick spin downs from the walls and caps of tubes and low speed centrifugation of tubes and strips. The centrifuge is supplied complete with two rotors. The microtube rotor accepts eight 1.5 ml tubes. Adapters are supplied to hold 0.5 ml and 0.4 ml tubes. The Force Mini requires a minimum of bench space.
Force SpinPrep™ Centrifuge is suitable for use in cold rooms. The rotor is fitted with two slide cassettes that catch liquid shed from the slides. Each cassette accommodates one standard sized slide. Slides can be dried in approximately 10 seconds. Quick acceleration and a smooth stop eliminate splashing that can cause artifacts to appear on the slides.
Force 712, 1418 and 1624 Microliter Centrifuges include models for low to medium speed applications as well as those requiring higher g-forces, such as pelleting DNA. The two larger models, Force 1418 and 1624, include brushless, maintenance free motors for fast acceleration and smooth operation.
MiniGel Electrophoresis System
The Select BioProducts SBE160 MiniGel II Electrophoresis System is extremely versatile, with 3 different sizes of gel trays, multiple combs and output voltage from 10 to 150V. The power supply connects directly into the gel tank. A magnetic sensor allows current to flow only when the lid is in place.
Power Supply
BioVolt™ Power Supplies (BioVolt 300 and BioVolt 250) are perfect for a wide range of nucleic acid and protein electrophoresis applications. Programming is simple with 4 sets of color coded output terminals which allow multiple gels to be run from the same power supply.
Tube Tumbler Rotator
The unique design of the Tube Tumbler™ Rotator allows it to be used in either a horizontal or vertical plane with a simple twist of the rotisserie plate. The plates are removable and can be interchanged with the plates from other rotisseries, allowing different tube sizes to be mixed at the same time. Its sturdy construction stands up to constant use, yet the unit is light enough to be easily moved.
Platform Rocker and Nutating Mixer

The Rock-it™ Platform Rocker features variable speed and an adjustable tilt angle. Both single and double platform models are available.Platforms are made of stainless steel with a rubber mat to keep sample containers in place.
For samples requiring more thorough mixing than that provided by a platform rocker, the MiniTwist™ Mixer combines the actions of a rocker and an orbital shaker to produce a three dimensional motion.
Incubator Shaker
The IncuMix™ Incubator Shaker provides simultaneous heating and mixing of small samples and comes with interchangeable platforms for mitrotubes and microplates. Both temperature and shaking speed are adjustable over a broad range. For static incubations, the shaker may be turned off.
Digital Block Heater
The single and dual block Digital Block Heaters have a variety of interchangeable blocks. Heaters have a broad temperature range, up to 150°C and excellent uniformity make these dry baths useful for a variety of applications in molecular biology, histology, clinical, environmental and industrial settings.
Mini Incubator & Water Bath
The Mini Incubator and Mini Water Bath are small units designed for personal use and small laboratories. Wrap-around heating elements ensure even heating and uniformity within the Mini Incuabator. A hydraulic thermostat controls heating and temperature stability. The Mini Water Bath has a 6 litre capacity to accommodate test tube racks or up to three 250ml flasks.
Select Vortexer
The Select Vortexer has two modes of operation and accepts a variety of different sized tubes. Additional heads are available for mixing larger sample tubes, multiple microtubes and microplates. The vortexer can be used in temperature controlled environments from 4° to 65°C.
Centrifuges

Microtube Boxes
Select Bioproducts offer a range of polypropylene microtube boxes with hinged lids and able to withstand freezing (to -80°C). Boxes are available in a variety of colors and hold one hundred 1.5/2.0ml tubes, cryovials or chromatography vials (42 x 142 x 55mm).
