Strep-Tactin Resin
Strep-Tactin® is a new IBA affinity chromatography resin for purification of recombinant Strep-tag® proteins. Strep-Tactin® has improved binding capacity but identical high protein purity compared to standard Strep-Tactin® Superflow®.
FasL-Strep - Apoptosis Kit

Streptamer Technology
Streptamer® technology can be used to detect and isolate antigen-specific T-cells by fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) or magnet assisted cell sorting. Strep-Tactin coupled to Phycoerythrin (PE) or Allophycocyanin (APC) is available, whereas for magnetic cell separation, Streptamer Magnetic Beads are offered.
Strep-tag Protein Purification
Strep-tag® Protein Purification System is based on the highly selective and easily controllable interaction between the Strep-tag®II peptide and the blotin blnding site of a specially engineered streptavidln called Strep-Tactin®. Strep-tag®II binds Strep-Tactin® nearly 100 times tighter than streptavidln, but elutes under gentle physlological conditions.
